How long does delivery take?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 business day. Once dispatched, delivery takes 2-4 working days to mainland UK. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order is on its way.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes — we offer free UK delivery on all orders, no minimum spend required.
Do you deliver to Northern Ireland, Scotland or Republic of Ireland?
We deliver to all mainland UK addresses. For deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands or Republic of Ireland, please contact us before ordering as additional charges may apply.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched you'll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
What is your returns policy?
We offer a 30-day returns policy. Items must be unused, unassembled and returned in their original packaging. If you're not happy with your purchase, contact us at contact@obarogroup.com with your order number to start the process.
How do I return an item?
Email us at contact@obarogroup.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process. Damaged or faulty items are collected at no cost to you.
What if my item arrives damaged or with missing parts?
We're sorry if this happens. Please contact us at contact@obarogroup.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or collection at no cost to you.
Do your products require assembly?
Most of our products do require some assembly. All items come with clear, step-by-step assembly instructions included in the box.
Are assembly instructions included?
Yes, every product comes with full assembly instructions. If you lose yours or need a digital copy, just get in touch and we'll send one over.
How do I know what size to order?
Every product page includes full dimensions — width, height and depth — so you can measure your space before buying. You can also use the dimension filters on our collection pages to find products that fit your exact requirements.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. Email contact@obarogroup.com with your order number and we'll do our best to help before dispatch.
Do you offer Klarna or buy now pay later?
Yes — we offer Klarna at checkout, allowing you to spread the cost into 3 interest-free payments. Just select Klarna when you reach the payment step.
How do I know my order has been confirmed?
You'll receive an order confirmation email as soon as your purchase is complete. If you don't see it, check your spam folder or contact us and we'll resend it.
