Free Standard Delivery

We offer free standard delivery to eligible mainland UK addresses on all orders, with no minimum order value.

Some remote, offshore and restricted locations are outside our standard delivery network. Please see the excluded postcode areas at the bottom of this policy.

Dispatch and Delivery Times

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1 working day.

Once dispatched, standard delivery normally takes 2–4 working days.

This means most orders should arrive within approximately 2–5 working days from the date the order is placed, depending on the time and day the order is received.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a tracking number by email where tracking is available.

You can use this tracking information to monitor the progress of your delivery and, where supported by the courier, make changes to your delivery arrangements.
